My dd has just started year 12 and I was wondering if anyone can recommend any text books which can be useful for her to refer too.

The school has not recommended any books and the teacher just supplies his own notes .

My dd wants to have a book to refer to. There are so many on Amazon- so any recommendations will be appreciated.

Thank you

Just answered your one in FE too.

But Economics for Dummies is actually pretty good for A level Economics.

These weren’t used as reference books but DS found them fantastic as revision guides. There are 4 of them, one for each theme and they covered all the core contexts with application very well.
DS would read them before exams
Edit: To go over content, he watched EconPlusDal and Tutor2U on YouTube as they went through every topic in the spec.

Agree, these are fantastic for revision and practice questions.

This book is in my opinion the best textbook for A level www.amazon.co.uk/Level-Economics-Edexcel-Alain-Anderton/dp/1405892285
