Anyone having problems with student finance ? We applied early in year for means testing and all paperwork and evidence submitted as they requested.
They have allocated my daughter the minimum maintenance loan instead of the full amount (which is what she should get given my income) and after numerous phone calls where they said they were checking my income with hmrc ... they have now said that her application is "non- means tested" hence minimum amount !!!
I now have to fill in a Pff2 form which repeats everything i've already given them !!
Really frustrated
Anyone had similar ??
