City & Guilds Certificates

Anybody know how long is normal to wait for a City and Guilds Exam Certificate (functional skills in particular).

Not sure about C&G but DS got his BTEC certificates mid July.

Thanks. It just seems odd that ds2 took the last part of his C&G qualification in December and is still waiting for written confirmation that he has passed. His college assures us that he has but this assurance is not sufficient for employers / or to confirm his university place so a bit frustrating.

That is a long wait! Unless they issue all their certs at the same point in the year, maybe?
