Module help

Hello

Long story but am due to hand in an essay as part of MSc on Tuesday and I haven't finished it and due to one thing or another it won't be finished in time.

I can't claim extenuating circumstances unless I go to the GP and get a letter which I am not going to do.

Does anyone know what happens if you just don't hand in? Can it impact on other areas of the course? I'm waiting on results for 3 other modules...

I'll happily pay to retake this module another time to ensure I have enough credits but I can't do this now.

I can't chat to tutor as she left and wasn't replaced and the course leader is really unhelpful

You need to check your regulations, but as long as it isn't a pre-requisite for a further module, we'd allow you a second attempt at the unsubmitted assessment/exam capped at 50%. If you wanted to retake the whole module we'd again allow it but you'd be charged a repeat fee and again capped.

Mit Circs means we wouldn't cap the grade.
