Hello

DS would like to apply for law. His school's support for Oxbridge is not strong. Appreciate if you could share any good Oxbridge program in uk or London. Many thanks

Not sure what you mean by a good Oxbridge programme. Honestly, everything you need to know is published on the websites. They are full of information on the application process.

DD did most of the research herself. Support from school consisted of telling them what she already knew from the websites and a mock interview which was nothing like the real thing. The teacher who led the Oxbridge class was off sick one of the five weeks it ran and DD’s cohort said the programme she ran was the most useful session! There will be lots of private companies wanting your money.

As someone who went through the process with an Oxbridge college DD has had to agree not to share too much precise detail of the application so bear in mind anyone who has been through the process and reveals minute details is breaching that confidence (or they are giving you a general overview that you could get anywhere anyway) or they haven’t been through the process and are making it up.

Also bear in mind only half of lawyers do law first and his chances of entry to some other course than say jurisprudence at Oxford (which I think is what law is called there) if he picks a less popular one might be higher.
