Good accommodation near UCL for DD second year

She's currently in Pool street which is an hour away from UCL and has had a myriad of problems as is a new build. So I want to investigate better options for next year. She would like to be within a 20 min walk of UCL - wonder if anyone has any good ideas without taking out a third mortgage! Many thx x

It’s a bit of a treck across London from there. Hardly handy - better for QMU.

Has she got friends to share with next year? A friend lived in Tufnell Park, DSis lived in Camden as students . This was years ago! Kings Cross is gentrified now. Just keep looking at prices as you go north on the various tube lines. The key is finding flatmates but nowhere is cheap anymore.
