UCAS welcome letter question

DD's welcome letter from UCAS has arrived, and it says "Home - N" for all choices.

Does this refer to her not living at home? Or should it be Y as she's a home student (ie UK student)?

I've found a paper application online and I think I've found the answer / it looks like whether she's going to commute from home or live in. Phew!
