Who told you it wasn't possible, op?

Easier than for Scottish students thats for sure due to the fact numbers aren't limited as they pay - I live in Edinburgh and can confirm a huge percentage of the students here are English or international

If you look at the Edinburgh Uni site they publish their numbers of applications/offers/acceptances each year for each course by Scottish, RUK/ROI and international students.

Edinburgh and St Andrews have always been attractive to rUK students.

Meanwhile, other Scottish unis look like they will be delighted to take rUK students and their fees:

İ know that St Andrews are asking for very high grades for rUK because 1. Unis get fined if they exceed the capped student numbers. 2.they had to let in too many students due to the Covid grade inflation and are having a major problem accommodating everybody, lots of students with nowhere to live for next term yet.

I saw this article today which backs up the Guardian article which @Dreikanter posted earlier, about cash incentives paid to English students applying to less popular Scottish universities.

Why do you have this doubt OP? I am coming to the end of my Master's with a Scottish university, I live in England (it's a fully online program run alongside a campus program). The only challenge I have found is that a lot of case studies are related to local industry (oil and gas) which is a little difficult to relate to, but other than that, all has been fine and no issues with application or anything else
