Anyone any experience with their student support for current students? Just had a bad experience and wondered if it was common?

I have no experience of SH either, but if you would like to share your concerns people might have some ideas for you

If you've had a bad experience, you'd be better off taking up your complaint with the university so that they can actually do something about it, rather than posting about it on here. Are you a student or a parent?

I think we can give the OP input as to whether she is experiencing something unacceptable under any circs, something that is unfortunate but may be down to COVID, poor communication, etc
