Winchester Art School

I'm making a presumption here so would be happy to hear others' experiences.....
Do most first year students live in halls in Winchester rather than commute from the halls in Southampton? A
Are the students integrated into Southampton Uni or does it sort of exist as a totally separate campus?
And for 2nd year in would most students be renting a place in Winchester?

Yes, most first years live in Erasmus Park, the halls in Winchester.

Winchester School of Art is a separate campus, but there are regular shuttle buses between WSA and the University of Southampton's Highfield campus.

Most 2nd years rent in Winchester, but done choose to live in Southampton.

I know someone there and tbh they are finding it v separate from Southampton and not really the Uni experience they would have liked.

Thanks both - you both confirmed what I had presumed. Will still have a look with DD if she gets an offer but at the mo it's not top of the list.
