Accommodation confirmation UCL

Hello,
My daughter got a place at UCL Law but has not received any confirmation regarding. She applied but did not let me help her, so not sure if she did something wrong or is it simply that the UCL has not send out offers. Is anyone else in the same situation? Should she contact UCL or wait a little bit longer? She is being very self sufficient about the whole process and does not let me get involved and I can't let go of thinking she needs my help with all the admin and bureaucracy 😀

Any advice will be appreciated.

There's another thread in Higher Education with UCL in the title which suggests people have heard by now. Maybe search and have a read?

The student room is saying some have heard and some still waiting

Hi @Johi72 my dd is starting UCL this September. UCL didn't send her any confirmation of her place but she knew her place was confirmed through UCAS tracking. Did your dd apply through UCAS? My dd only just got her accommodation offer on Tuesday, I think they are quite slow and roll it out slowly by subject. If I were your dd I would chase it up on Monday by email maybe? She could just ask when she will get it?

Thank you very much all. Yes @Eastisup she applied through UCAs and found out there that she had been accepted for Law.
I will advise her to contact UCL on Monday about her accomodation.

My ds only got his accommodation offer from UCL this morning. So I think they must still be working their way through the applications.

Hopefully your dd will hear soon too.

Place confirmed through tracking and pre-enrolment done but still waiting on Accomodation...

Have chased by email and the following received today:

"Offers will continue to be made from now to early September. We continue to advise that all applicants check emails and their accommodations portal regularly"

Hoping like other posters we'll hear something this week, but good suggestion from prior posters that you email them too

Hello, my daughter got her accommodation offer yesterday! Thank you all for your help. BTW she has 4 days to accept and pay the deposit. Good luck to all your sons and daughters joining higher education this year!
