Has anyone already working in a healthcare role e.g. nursing assistants/HCA's ever done their nursing degree through the open university's route that allows you to complete your nursing degree whilst on the job? It is a thing, link is below, but I just wanted to hear from people who have experience of this. I work in A&E as a higher HCA currently.
