Help! How to accept Uni offer?

DD has received an unconditional offer form the Uni of her choice and 2 conditional offers elsewhere. She’s been invited for an interview for the 4th and no response from the 5th yet.

She wants to accept the unconditional, how does she do this? Does she need to withdraw from the others first? The UCAS website isn’t really clear - she has a link from the email she sent which has taken her to her homepage on the UCAS page. If she clicks on the offer on there nothing happens.

Does she have to hear back from all of the unis first? Bit confused sorry!

I think it assumes that you won't make a decision until you've heard back from all places. Why is she in a rush to accept - there's no real benefit to doing it early?

You have to wait to hear back from all of them first

You dont have to wait. You click to right side and withdraw from ones you want to and then you should be able to firm and insure remaining choices

If she's certain she can withdraw specifically from the 5th one and then she ll be able to place her decisions.

But she does have another 4 months left in which to do this. The place at the one she (currently) wants to firm (or at any university which makes her an offer) is 'hers', whether she firms it now or on June 10th. And I hesitate to ask, but why is she so keen to accept the uncondotional offer? Has it always been the course she most wants at the university she most wants to go to? Has she 'attended the offer holder days at all the universities that have made offers so far?
