Dd is in year 12 and is thinking to apply for this. The money seems to be a bit incentive Hmm Does anyone have any experience of advice?

DD likes numbers, she is doing A level maths, physics and PE. What exactly would the technology stream involve? Is it IT or something else?

Sorry I'm late to the thread. My best friend is in the bright start scheme with Deloitte (almost finished now) and she couldn't speak more highly of it, absolutely loves it. She was previously doing an entry level apprenticeship at the law firm I worked at and says it's a million times better environment wise, for work life balance, learning and the wage and benefits too. She's really happy with where she is. Just on a personal level thought that would be nice to hear!

Thanks for this thread. My DS is just about to start A levels. He's doing Maths and Further Maths, and Philosophy. I think he should look at these schemes.

For those in the know, how should one decide which stream to go into? The website is very vague, it makes them all sound pretty similar. At the initial application do you have to specify which stream you want?

Get her to register her interest - she doesn't need to specify an area of interest at this stage but encourage her to spend some time on the website to learn more about what the different service lines do. Look at the graduate and experienced hire pages too for more information.

There's also a parent guide here:
