Hello there

I'm really interested in studying an openings course with the OU. Has anyone been there and done it? I would love to hear about your experiences and what you did next.

Hi I started the DD100 some years back when DS was 10 months old and couldn't cope!

Keep meaning to start again, so you may have given me the boost I needed to re-register.

Love the name! Why choose that one?

Oh thanks. My name is Layla after Eric Clapton .

Well my kids are 8 and 3 and I want to get the old brain going again, and they seem to have loads of interesting courses.

I'm looking for a challenge. What was your subject???

I am a full time working mum of 2 toddlers and I am doing a degree course with the OU. It is great. The cost is killing me and I do have to study late at night but I wholly recommend the OU. I have a first degree so I didn't do an opening course just dived straight in. You don't have to go to tutorials as tutors are always at hand via email or phone. If you can afford it, do it.
