Is anyone else doing a masters dissertation in lockdown? Some support needed.

Just finding this very lonely and surreal. Am working four days a week (at home now) and trying to do this dissertation as well. Getting really stressed. Is anyone else in a similar position?

Popping back on to the thread to say that I submitted my dissertation today. What a huge relief. I’m laughing at my comments earlier on the thread that if I had more time I would do a “proper job” of it. Yeah, right!

Anyway, its done, I never have to think about it again, and I don’t have to worry about the results until the other side of Christmas.

Yes, finishing line is in sight @onlymyselftoanswerto1. I am getting there but finding it painful. Will get some feedback before Xmas from my supervisor. I just think it’s crap, what I’ve written. But I just need to not worry and get it finished now.

Good luck - I bet it's not as bad as you think it is - it's just really hard to see the wood for the trees at the moment and only focus on what you think are the flaws. Fresh eyes and feedback will really help.

It's done! I put it in on Friday, the deadline day! So relieved. I just hope it's not too bad. Good luck to everyone in the middle of theirs.
