School Inclusion or Behaviour

Hi all

I'm after some advice.
I want to work in a school but not teaching, I'm after a behaviour area or inclusion support, possibly admissions.
What kind of qualifications do I need for that?
I've tried looking online and its rather woolly.

Any help and guidance would be great

Thanks

Maybe post on the staff room board? This board is for university level education, you might not get much response.

However, the inclusion/pastoral support workers at my old school were usually people with experience of life, maybe ex policemen/military or ex teachers or teaching assistants with a variety of qualifications. GSCE or equivalent English and maths are a given, though.
