My niece has been watching Unjaded Jade and loves the idea of Minerva.

Has anyone got experience of this program irl?

I heard about this through UnjadedJade too. I'm not sure what to think, as a university lecturer myself. Sounds a bit like a hothouse for capitalist thinkers. Jade's dad is quite high up in JuicePlus (a notorious MLM) so her "influence" should be critically examined, IMO.
