Universities still failing to recruit enough state-school students

I saw this article in the Indedendent, but I think that some of the information was previously in the Times.
Although the figures for recruitment of state-school pupils are improving, the top universities are not near to meeting the government targets and the lower ranked universities (which do meet the targets) have the greatest drop out rates.
