UNIQ travel arrangements

My DC has a UNIQ place in the summer & will soon have to book travel through their agent. Does anyone know if they can choose train/coach/flight etc or whether they are told which method of public transport they must use? I'm trying to work out the logistics at my end, as I'll be working at the opposite end of the country that week.

Why is it anyone's business where my DC lives? I asked a perfectly reasonable question about whether my DC will be able to choose their method of transport to their UNIQ course and received some really helpful replies.

I would expect bullying to take place in AIBU, but I really didn't expect it on an Education thread. It was been very amusing watching a couple of you perform absolute one upmanship on the Oxbridge 2020 thread, as you did on the Oxbridge 2019 thread as well.

Thank you to those of you who genuinely tried to give me information about UNIQ. For obvious reasons, as there are so few people on each scheme, I am not going to say where my DC lives or which course they will be attending. If my DC does get a place on a scheme where one of the helpers comes from NI, I'm sure they will be as helpful and delightful as wannabe though.

I find the level of stalking which seems to be taking place quite ridiculous. What exactly are some of you so scared of? That is a rhetorical question BTW.
