11+ is kind of broad. My four dcs all took the 11+ because we live in Kent. But as we live in deepest East Kent, all they needed was a bare pass to get into grammar school. If we'd lived in the more salubrious areas they'd have needed a higher mark. Other parts of Kent have their own tests (Medway, Dover, the London suburbs). And that's just one county.

As there is no sch thing as 'the 11+', are you looking for advice re the format in a particular area, or just collecting numbers of responses ('32 out of the x thousand MN members say that their DC have sat an exam for selective secondary school entry')? (Sorry).

Yes....about a decade ago.
You might want to ask MNHQ to move this thread to the Secondary Education board, OP - on here it might be liable to only be noticed by people with kids around university age!
