University transcript

OU want a transcript of my university marks uploaded. Where do I get this from? Do I have to scan it or is there a digital version?

I left uni in 99 (didn't finish my degree) but later needed marks for what I did do. My old uni were brilliant and sent out an embossed on headed paper overview. Worth asking. :)

Contact the university registry, OP. It might be called something different from "registry" now (Student & Academic Services, for example) but there will be one. If you can't work out who to contact, try asking the manager/senior administrator of the department you were a student in.

You might actually have been sent it when your results were confirmed (probably just before your graduation). It's a list of modules, credit values and grades. It's usually straightforward to get another copy, though.

I work in a University and it’s very easy to get this from your Uni. Just ask to speak to someone in Academic Registry and they will be happy to help.
