Hi folks. Anyone have any knowledge of this company which claims to protect against housemates defaulting on rental in shared houses?

It only started last year.

I've not used it but I have looked at their terms and conditions and it says they retain your credit/debit card details for charges or to make payment. Personally, I'd wouldn't trust a company that were going to keep my credit/debit card details on file.

Maybe ask around June this year if you want reviews?
