So I've done a second post because the first one was so long. With regards the childcare grant from student finance, is it right that they will not pay you before you have used the childcare. And therefore I am expected to pay my childcare provider myself, and then they pay me the following term?
(As this is surely a terrible system? My provider wants paying in advance, SFE told me I have to pay her, and then they will pay me next term, and I simply can't afford to do that).
