Hi all is there a chat on Mumsnet or a Facebook page that is available to discuss and give tips about your child going to university?

I am not sure there is but I am up for that. My DD2 is off to Bristol to study Anthropology in September. She is my baby. Seems strange that she is flying the nest. DD1 has already been through uni so i sort of know what to expect this time round.

It get asks quite a lot - worth hanging around both 'Higher Education' but also 'Secondary Schools' threads as people sometimes post useful stuff in there, too.
