UCAS Extra question

My dd is applying for Musical Theatre courses, although she has applied for several courses only 2 are via UCAS. She has had a rejection from one and has an audition for the other next week.
My question is, does she have to wait for a second rejection (assuming the worst) before adding another option via Extra?

Yes she does. Extra can only be used if an applicant has no offers from his/her initial applications.

^ Or rejects all of the offers received.

Having said that, if she only chose two via ucas, she can add another 3 at any time.

Not via Extra though.

Sorry for multiple posts!

That was quick, thank you. So she can add an extra choice, but obviously needs to call and check they are still auditioning?

Yes. She didn't use all of her choices so can still add places. She'll need to contact the institution and UCAS though.
