What do u need when doing an ou degree?

Sorry to b a pain but dh bday is next wk and he's starting a physcology degree with the ou next month. I'd like to get him some things that will b useful as part of his bday present. Will he need pens paper etc or is it all computer based?

I sometimes write my assignments by hand to start with so some writing pads and pens wouldn't go amiss.

What kind of degree? Some you need calculators and drawing pencils/rubbers etc.

Oh sorry you said psychology, but pencils still might be useful.

Folders. My daughter does law with the OU and she has lots of paperwork and needs folders to keep it in.
