If a university states this in entry requirements, is it worth applying if ds is only taking 2 a levels and 2 as levels. He should achieve the points but it wont be from 3 a levels.

Phone the uni admissions tutor and ask.

Are the as levels the same subjects as the a levels.
If this is the case then the max ucas points he can get is 280 if he gets 2 A*'s at A level.

thanks, i rung them, he can use 1 as in place of the 3rd a level but he cant add points from both as levels.
