Have you spoken to your tutor? Maybe they could recommend a book/dvd/website for your specific problems.

Could you afford a few sessions with a private tutor to get you on track?

the college isnt very helpfull and a private tutor came out to me yesterday at 25 pound an hour and i didnt learn a thing,just got even more confused!
