AS level points

I'm a total dunce about this. Do A level points supercede AS level points or do they all get added together to form your points for Uni?

AS and A2 are added together for A-level marks. That's why lots of students retake AS modules in year 13 to stand a chance of a better overall grade.

Ah.... very interesting. DS1 has come out with C D E & U today. He's not especially bothered Hmm, I'm not exactly over the moon. This is good news then - he can re-do some bits - excellent! Thanks! :)
