I've posted before about Maxi Cosi and their equipment failing after a single use. Then they recommend using the equipment anyway to avoid accountability 🤔

Well, it turns out the original seller is also engaged in shady business practices. As soon as it happened a posted a factual 1 star review. I received notification from Kiddies Kingdom that it had been received. 2 weeks later, nothing online. I asked them about this over the phone and they said it will be posted. They will follow it up.
Anyway, a few weeks later I posted again and still nothing. Ive sent 2 emails chasing up this second review and I'm now being ignored.
My reviews were factual, and not rude in any way.
So a word of warning, Kiddies Kingdom are hiding customer feedback to protect shoddy suppliers. That 5 star review could be very different in reality.
They are added to the list of businesses I won't be dealing with again.
