Not sure if I'm being thick here but how can I get these straps off to wash. They look too big to get through either hole? Anyone?

Mine are like that and the way just fit through if you wiggle them.

I've been trying for a while to no avail. Just wanting to check the definitely come off 🙈 Thanks for replying will keep trying.

Did you assemble it yourself or were they attached in the box?

I honestly can't remember it was from my first DC and has been in the loft for years. There are holes above where it looks like you can adjust the straps so they must be removable but I'm having no joy at all getting them off.
