Bouncer is new. It requires 3 AA batteries, which we also bought new and inserted according to instructions. We press the buttons on the control panel and nothing is happening - can’t switch on music or vibration.
Is there a master on/off switch hidden somewhere? No mention of it in the manual. Or do I have myself a faulty item?
