Having studied that, I'm not clear if mine falls in this batch. Off to IKEA website I go.

i was just about to post this - don't think mine;s in this batch luckily.

you've got to look for the number 17389 somewhere on your chair, and then see if the dates on the clocks are between 06/07 and 09/11.
