Moving on from antilop

My 2 yr-old DD is refusing to sit in her antilop now (although has been great for the last 18mths). Has anyone got any suggestions of what to prgress to? Basically she wants to sit in Mummy's seat i.e a proper chair but is too small, and i want her secured.

Have tried her in a booster we got on ebay but she's not a huge fan and it's a solid plastic one with hooks that keep popping off the back so not too safe for a very wriggly toddler.

Don't know whether to bite the expensive bullet of a trip-trapp (thinking grandparents may contribute as xmas present) or wondering if anyone has other solutions?

Thanks

Both of mine sit on chairs from ikea. They are smaller and higher than usual chairs and whilst there is no strap they seem pretty safe to me.

I think you should bite the non-expensive bullet and let her kneel up on a chair!

I've just got dd a chair like <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=junior+windsor+chair&um=1&hl=en&client=safari&sa=N&tbo=d&tbm=isch&tbnid=WducDFwBjCwU-M:&imgrefurl=www.chrisharter.com/windsorchairs_photos.htm&docid=uoSzwhkumi2LRM&imgurl=www.chrisharter.com/bow-back%252520youth%252520chair.jpg&w=286&h=454&ei=a3XSTq79M4LP4QS-n5Bm&zoom=1&biw=1024&bih=672" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this which is vintage, but Ikea do a similar one for about £40. Ds has one too, and climbs in and out easily on his own, whilst being high enough to be comfortable and eat properly.

Thanks for the advice ladies. She is kneeling at the moment SingingSands but having just cleared up soup for lunch - think i need a bit more order!
Love the vintage one RoughShooting & will definitely check out Ikea or alternate booster seats.
