This chair is fantastic. It is really solidly made and daughter loves it. We have had a bit of a problem getting hold of a white tray for it, though. No where seems to stock it in white - only black. We did order one from Bambino Direct, who listed the white on their website, but after keeping us waiting for six weeks they delivered a black one. After another week of waiting for a returns number to send it back, I phoned to find out what was going on. The customer services person said I would be phoned with a number that afternoon and to arrange for the black tray to be picked up. When I asked if they had a white one in stock, they said no - it would be at least 10 days if not more. What would be the point in me returning the black one if they didn't have the white in stock anyhow??? In short - great chair, but you'll have to put up with a black tray, and more importantly: DO NOT BUY FROM BAMBINO DIRECT - THEY TAKES ORDERS (AND PAYMENT) FOR ITEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK, DO NOT PHONE YOU TO TELL YOU THEY DON'T HAVE IT, AND HAVE COMPLETE DISDAIN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
