Perfect beaker/cup for a toddler?

It seems I've tried every cup on the market, but haven't found the perfect one . The baby cup (Tommee Tippee Xplora) was good, but is now too small for my 15m.o.
I've tried the Tomy Moma cup, which is pretty good. But DS somehow managed to break ours - dropping on the floor constantly.
So after the Moma, I splashed out on the Safe Sippy - stainless steel. It's actually quite good, as it doesn't break and doesn't become 'slimy' after a few hours like the plastic ones. However (of course there is one), I put milk in ours (full fat) and after a couple of weeks the silicone valve started to slip off from under the cap (even though I've washed it in very hot water with washing up liquid). So now we use it as a straw cup and this valve is yet to give up... but if it does, I'm not sure what to move on to from here .

Has anyone found the 'perfect' cup?! One that would work well with milk and wouldn't get all slimy when using it with water?
