Please dnt judge me

I have a great relationship with my daughter and her husband, and I am extremely close to my 2 grandchildren.
I take them to school some days and pick them as my daughter and son in law both work.
This happens about twice a week.

Sometimes at weekends my daughter take the kids round the other grandparents

I know this is absolutely normal but I find myself getting a bit jealous!!!
Why am I like that?

I have a very full filling life I work
I have lots of lovely loyal friends etc
But I just love my grandchildren so much I get a bit insecure

Kind replies please x

They probably think because you see them when you help during the week that it's the other grandparents turn at the weekend, even though you're helping with childcare rather than it being free time together at the weekend. Sometimes people just don't think it through, or the other gp's may have said can they see them at the weekend because you see them during the week, maybe they haven't thought through the fact you're helping with childcare so their parents can work. You could try and drop that into conversation or you could offer to have the kids for a few hours some weekend and say because during the week it's not free time spent together, you want to do something with them or would the parents like to do something some weekends like lunch / dinner out and you take the kids so they can spend
