Any other kinship carers on here?

I was awarded CAO of my 18 month old gs he's been with me since he was 10 months old, we're back in court in October for SGO as directed by family court judge

It's been quite a ride, not only raising a baby (now toddler) after a 20 year gap but the heartbreak that is dealing with his parents, one of which is my daughter

Looking to connect with anyone else in a similar situation
