I appreciate that this is a little cheeky but I'm currently writing a paper on "addiction" to social media and as part of my research have created and posted a survey.

Thus far have only received 1 response from anyone over the age of 45, which, as I'm sure you understand, isn't ideal.

So, if you could spare a couple of minutes (max) would you be so kind as to complete the survey (it is anonymous)?

However, one thing you don't ask in the reasons for using it is about work. I use it a lot for work sending out and receiving information for my various parishes (I'm a Parish Clerk), so it often looks as though I'm on it a lot, but it's just open in the background so that I can keep an eye and respond when needed.

The survey is not well designed. I started to complete it and answered that I do not use social media. After that, none of the responses applied, but there was no n/a response available. Maybe that's why you haven't had many responses in this age group
