Hello

I wondered if anyone could help. My mom took early retirement to look after my daughter whilst I work (part time). I have found an article in a magazine saying I can claim National Insurance for my Mom. Anyone know how to go about this?

Claim National Insurance what? Credit, refund? I doubt it. Why could you claim? Are you saying she'll be working for you as a nanny?

If you were employing your mum as a nanny, you would have to pay NI, don't see how it's something you claim. Sorry.
