Finding a Ed. Psych for testing

I do not want to go into too many details (for risk of being flamed and questioned as to why I need my child tested) but we are looking for an Educational Psychologist who will test both IQ and academic attainment. The south of England would be preferable, but we are willing to travel a little further afield.

Thanks. I'd already looked on that site, but there are tonnes of Ed Psychs. I wondered if any one had first hand experience of someone specialising in gifted education.
Has anyone used Joan Freeman or Dr Congdon?

I have just booked an appointment with Peter Congdon but don't know very much about him. We are in London so Birmingham is quite a way to go so I too would love a referral in the South or some more information on Dr Congdon!
