Hello dies anyone's DCs have a certificate for this?
I think on the back it says how many normally enter this and the ratios that get gold, silver and bronze certificates. I would love to know .

150-250k entered every year. Top 50% get certificate in a ratio of 3:2:1

JMC tends to be approx 300,000. My daughter has been sitting since year 5 and made JMO last year and bronze in that, 3 marks off silver. She sits the IMC next month.

To recognise the highest performers in the Challenge, the UKMT award the top-scoring 40% (approx 120,000 of 300,000) of participants Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates in the ratio 3:2:1.

I forgot to say that 2021 was the hardest paper in 25 years of challenges. Not sure how many had help in 2020, as we were in lockdown and it was taken at home.

I don't think 2020 was in lockdown but 2021 must have been.

The 2020 was taken during lockdown at home. It was delayed from April to June I think, but def taken at home as schools were not open for in person lessons.

The JMC is April, the IMC is February
