99.6 percentile

My DS has just had a cognitive assessment using Wisc 5. Overall he was 99.6 percentile, 140. His score was brought down a bit by lower processing speed (111, 77th percentile) but his visual spatial and fluid reasoning were at 99.8th.

Can't really boast about it elsewhere, but I am proud of him. I knew he was exceptionally good at maths 😋

Looking at his non verbal score, at 147 it is 99.9 percentile.

The best thing is that he is just a lovely kid though. Adore him.

I love all my kids, but I knew this one was smart. I have spent his school years trying to get the school to recognise that he was in need of stretch whilst they have spent their time not really stretching him, with a wide variety of reasons why they didn't / couldn't. I think his secondary will be different though.
