My 3y 5m DS is in KG. He knows alphabets read & write, numbers up to 100 count & write. He also knows 95 countries capital & its position in MAP, planets, oceans, continents, worlds largest & small things etc.

The school timing is only 2 hr after that he gone to Day Care.

The school didnt identify his talents. Will I inform about this to his school?

Please advice me.

No sure what your question is really . Are you in Uk or abroad as Kindergarten doesn't exist in the same form here and "school" doesn't start until aged 4. Before that the curriculum is about play based learning not rote learning.

Yes, at that age I would want children to be learning through play, learning about social interaction with other children, looking after himself and others and belongings, learning about cause and effect and volume and size and all kinds of other things.

How long has he been attending ? tbh I'd be tempted to just leave them to it for a while , at least until the start of a new school year. Presumably you can support his curiosity at home .

If they don't discuss those subjects, then the teacher will now know of your son's knowledge. I have never seen a kg teacher, nursery teacher or early years teacher in the uk ask children 'what is the capital of Spain'. They will talk about plants growing in the sun, read stories, play together, learn social skills, learn to take turn, learn gross and fine motor skills. DS is G&T in maths, but this was not identified at school until he was in year 2.
