What age/school year? Any sort of a diagnosis?

Niceweather · 28/05/2012 20:47

Sounds like my son who has dyslexia.

Also sounds like my DD who has fine motor dyspraxia and a slow processing speed as well as being very bright. You need a proper investigation & diagnosis for your son. Good luck!

My DS is like that too. He has "Specific Learning Difficulties in spelling, writing and finemotor control".

DD2 is dyspraxic and she does exams orally and some of her work is scribed her school have been very supportive and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting high school. go to school ask to speak to head of year or learning support ask for your son seen to be seen by the educational phsycologist and in our area you can self refer to the OT department and get his needs met Smile
