I have paper plates and fresh daffodils, I also have some fluffy chicks, please
How am I going to make Easter hat, all of you creative mummies help

Stick large ribbon over the top of the plate to tie under chin, iswim.

Make raffia nest and stick on top.
Insert chickens. Decorate with daffs.

Cruel oz version, use chickens to dangle like corks to keep flies away.

Not very inspired, I'm afraid. But didn't want it to go unanswered.

You could always cover the top with green card or tissue, which you'd need to stiffen, and stick farm yard animals plus chicks on. I think you'd need lying down ones as otherwise they'd probably fall over.

Raffia nests are easier. If no raffia, I'd scrunch up newspaper into the right shape, paint it brown and stick it down.
