Would appreciate hearing about any iPad/phone apps which fascinate your toddlers.

Here are a couple of our favourites:
Hairy Letters itunes.apple.com/gb/app/hairy-letters/id410276288?mt=8
Montessori Numbers App: itunes.apple.com/us/app/approach-to-montessori-numbers/id396628131?mt=8

My nearly-4 yo is now into Angry Birds Hmm

On a more educational note he really likes Whimsy (jigsaw puzzles)

itunes.apple.com/us/app/whimsy/id335540320?mt=8

and Whizzit Counting

itunes.apple.com/us/app/whizzit-123/id323246993?mt=8

and this is quite fun (though not so educational) - Baby SoundTouch

My ds used to wake up really early as a toddler and we used to put sesame street on you tube for him to watch on the iphone. They were linked to loads of learning programmes, alphabets and numbers videos which used to really keep his interest and gave us an extra half hour in bed. It pretty much taught him the alphabet too.

Iwritewords is nice - letter formation and a good start to word recognition.
