had my breasts checked last month and a month prior to that , as had , brused kind of pain in right breast , she couldnt find any lumps, or bumps and i can feel none to , said is quite common to try eve prim oil caps , happened again this month , not quite so bad , period due weeks time , anyone els get /had this .

I had breast pain a few years ago, was told to use eve primrose, you have to use 1000mg everyday to get benefit. someone also suggested starflower oil. Sounds hormonal and cyclic to me, good that you got it checked out at GP also. Give the eve primrose a bit longer to work, good luck

thanks , yes will get some strong ones i think , iv heard starflower is better than evening prim ? ...cant feel anything , period due in 6 days so hope just that , will keep eye on it , but as got checked twice by 2 different docs in last 2 months , feel a little better ...

doc alo said can take few months for tab to work ..

yes they told me it was cumulative, keep with it, see how you go, if you are not satisfied go back to GP
