Just popped to Tesco for some bits and pieces. Was carrying a tub of pasta salad, it was uncomfortably cold and now my fingers are red swollen and itchy.

What's going on????

I have Reynaulds syndrome (however it's spelt) so my fingers react very quickly to being cold - but they just go white and numb. Something on the outside of the pasta container? My hands don't like raw chilli - was it spicy pasta?
